Following the 2009 review of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2002, amendments have been introduced to further enhance the operation of the Act. These amendments are likely to commence 1 July 2010. The Public Interest Disclosures Amendment Act 2009 can be viewed online
State Government Public Sector Management (PSM) Program in Tasmania
The PSM Program is a tertiary level management education program aimed at front line managers from middle to senior levels in government public sectors across Australia. In Tasmania the Program is administered on behalf of the Tasmanian Local Leadership Group by The Training Consortium, Public Sector Management Office, Department of Premier and Cabinet.
State Government State Service Management Office (SSMO)
SSMO provides advice on employment and management policies and practices such as salary sacrifice, workplace giving and phased in retirement, plus Tasmanian employment legislation and senior executive appointments in the State Service. It also provides training, development and education services
